v7.0 Release

Brand new geometric dimensioning tools added. You can now create an Engineering drawing in M3d and export to a DXF file for manufacture. New quick filter tool bar also added to aid selection.

Looks like a very complete solution. I just cannot see the trees through the forest, and, it keeps crashing when I poke at stuff. trying to use nastran bdf as well as .op2 ... i think it may not be ready?
